Improve content on About Us page
Overview
The About Us Page needs a content update to make sure it follows the new voice and tone guidelines. There also needs to be a collaboration established with research to make sure any legal information or descriptions of the process are accurate and specific to CA.

UXD issue is #1366 where I left comment : Onwubu worked on this issue for a bit and reformatted the layout. @jyehllow and I will review it to ensure it is consistent with the rest of the website's design. We will then hand it over to Dev.
Content shared that they made quick fixes to the copy for now and then will return to it at a later time
