Overview

The Content Team are updating their Content Guidelines. This section would be used to demonstrate how best to apply the guidelines and what to avoid. Once the content audit is complete, this can be updated with changes that were made as examples of what worked, what didn't and why.

• [ ] Consider do and don't lists. What's important for them to include.
• [ ] Add examples from our site - what is good language/grammar/tone vs what would be bad. Add explanations why using the decisions we've made for the content guidelines.
• [ ] List for Writers - create
• [ ] List for non-writers (shorter, highlights) - create
• [ ] Add any relevant resources to the resource section
• [ ] Reach out for feedback from the Content team
• [ ] Iterate once the content audit is complete
• [ ] Finalize a solution, add the "ready for content lead" tag
