Updating Google Sheets file to mirror source file for original dashboard. Current blockers:

1. How to access the functions to create the specific charts from original dashboard.
2. How to automatically connect PRs, projects to relevant issues. Which field(s) connects these? Currently, I've found links to specific issue links in various places in the json: Examples: issue_url, timeline_url, in the Body of PR and in Reactions
