Overview

UI/UX team will take an audit of current Figma organization for the project. At the end would like to have an easy "guide" or "how to" for anyone who needs to gather anything.

Wireframes should not be edited

  • [ ] Confirm UI/UX team has access to Figma
  • [ ] Take audit of Figma
  • [ ] Decide what is the best way to organize Figma
  • [ ] Document your organizational way
  • [ ] Add document to project wiki
  • [ ] Create next issue for FigJam representation of our user journey (chat with Jon Lam who has worked on user journey before)

@chelsealensing do you think you can start this issue? I think the final decision on how we organize the Figma and how we document will probably be a group decision/group work. Let me know what you think. I am working on getting ownership of the Figma.

@kcoronel - I'm going to assign myself to it and start to look into it and poke around! I agree though, I definitely won't do anything without discussing with the team first! :)
