Bug - public client doesn't take location->hours->DOW into consideration

In the AdminUI, when editing a location's long-form hours, there are flags to indicate whether each day of week is enabled for that date/time span. This lets the volunteer indicate that, for example, an office will be open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from January 1 to December 31.

However, the public client doesn't take the DOW into consideration. This screenshot was captured on Saturday, December 20, at 17:47:

It indicates that the location is open today. However, at the time, the AdminUI reflected that Saturday & Sunday were set to "false".

In order to mitigate this bug, I manually split the appropriate rows so that the office is open on all dates in that row's span:

Issue relates to v1 of the project. Currently not pursuing this format of the product. You can find a link to all the issues that have this designation, here.
