Add Record Deletion Functionality

Overview

We need to be able to delete at least the following: (1) locations, (2) location-hours. Discuss any other records we may need to delete.

Action Items

  • [ ] implement delete functionality where appropriate

Issue relates to v1 of the project. Currently not pursuing this format of the product.
