remove hard-coding of types

Overview

The facilityTypes, phoneNumberTypes and urlTypes are currently hardcoded into the models. (see e.g. src/modals/location.js). These types should be loaded from the contemplated /metadata endpoint (#281) when the app loads and then inserted dynamically into the models.

Action Items

  • [ ] remove hard-coding of types

the /metadata endpoint would be a backend role; consuming it is for the front

Issue relates to v1 of the project. Currently not pursuing this format of the product.
