Develop a new report to display "Stats by Project - Volunteer Hours" in the Admin Dashboard.

Action Items

• [ ] Develop a report as a table to display stats
• [ ] Create the possibility to filter "Donated Hours" by the week (default)/month/year to date/12 month trailing/lifetime
• [ ] Create a new page that combines different types of reports
