@trillium Given this is a draft PR from Evan and he is no longer on the team, should we close this PR and place this issue back in the prioritized backlog for someone else to pick up? I can see that Evan made some more changes to the PR later on, so perhaps having someone review this could be good. Let me know what you think!

Per @jng34 there are some remaining HTML components that have not been changed to MUI. Closing this PR and re-assigning issue to be worked on by @jng34
