Overview

We need a new view to display a list of all the projects and their different status, where we can search and filter.

We need to collect more specs for this screen. Search and filter criteria, so I can make proper annotations for devs, as well as design wth edge cases in mind.

We may need to change the milestone here because this issue (to reflect the status of the projects in the "all projects" list) is mostly tied to - #1151 which is not an existing feature
