Overview

The project details page needs to be updated to showcase multiple modes and views. What information do we need when creating a project (project form)? What does the editing view look like so the user knows they're editing vs viewing?

@JackHaeg I created this issue when we had the discussion of the project details page looking "editable" vs just "viewing". I figured we probably need to design screens for all these states but I think there was a quick solution found during the meeting that Bonnie was happy with (chaning the title of the screeens to indicate state). I can still work on this, which would be part of the wireframe clean up but not sure if it's still priority rn.

No update since last comment. These screens are ready to be reviewed by the team to get a fresh perspective and identify any edge cases we might have missed, as well as learn if there's technical constraints to be considered.
