View PMs on a project

Overview

We want to be able to have an overview of who the PMs/Admins are in a project (in project details page).

Action Items

  • [ ] Define specs
    • [ ] What information is most needed on this section?
    • [ ] Who will see this information?
  • [ ] Create multiple desigs within the Project Details page (#1408)

@JackHaeg I changed the milestone on this since now we have a specific one for this screen/feature. I'm working on this now and will have a screen ready by tomorrow evening.
