We're redesigning the events form to improve efficiency and minimize errors in data input when creating or editing an event.

Bonnie asked that we turn the User Guide into design solutions so we can improve the "create/edit events" page and eventually deprecate the User Guide. I might have broken down the issue too much but I already have designs to present for this, see here (as you know the designs will then be iterated based on feedback from the group) @JackHaeg

I need help organizing/re-writing this issue but I believe is done and ready for review. I have screens I can share for feedback so I can get further UI reqs validation

Disclaimer: This issue only deals with the screens pertaining to creating or editing an event (so the event form in edit mode) but it does not deal with the screens pertaining to viewing the details of an event.

As of right now, all the screens and components are created and went through a few loops of stakeholder feedback. To do:

• [ ] Itearate as needed, based on feedback.
