When user clicks on projects to edit, projects tab takes too long to load and delivers server error message
Overview When clicking on projects to edit, it takes too long for the projects tab to load and users often receive a server error message. This is frustrating from a usability standpoint to wait for the page to load and also when the error message appears no projects are available to select so you cannot move forward. The step needs to be repeated until the projects can load.
Action Items
- [ ] Check for opportunities to reduce the load time for project contents from the server
- [ ] Reduce or eliminate error messages
Acceptance Criteria Scenario: When the user clicks on projects to edit GIVEN: That user would like to edit a project meeting time WHEN they access the project tab THEN projects should load quickly without error AND the user should not have to wait more than a few seconds to see projects after they have loaded onto the screen

@JackHaeg @jbubar I haven't had an error come up when clicking on the projects tab, and it's been loading fine. Not sure if this issue is still relevant.
Spoke with @Spiteless. Will investigate this issue further when time allows, as this issue is hard to reproduce in the current product.
