Update v3 UI Kit

Overview

We need to update the UI kit to match it to the v3 version of VRMS (currently deployed) so designers can start working async on redesigning and fixing UI issues and flows.

Action Items

  • [ ] Audit current/latest v3 UI kit
  • [ ] Update it to match current v3 VRMS screens
