Design: One time access welcome screen to capture user's first+last name before dashboard
Bonnie requested to detach collecting user's first+last name within profile intake and move them out as the first step of onboarding right after account creation. This screen will be landed first before user can reach the dashboard. It is a one time screen to capture their name.
Applicable for both guest and host.

@lola3736 and @pixellady. No problem, I will work on this request. I do have a few questions since the Guest does not appear to have the option to input any information on the current sign-in/account creation experience.
