Overview

Each guest intake form needs to be saved individually to ensure form progress is stored and doesn't need to be resubmitted or filled out again.

Action Items

• [ ] Button elements in forms need to initiate fetching action to send form data to backend and store in database
• [ ] Confirm every button has way of sending request with correct form data
