Add Respite Hosts to Workflow.
Overview
Current workflows don't distinguish between long term and respite hosts.
Action Items
- [ ] Confirm that application, interview, home visit, training... process is the same for respite hosts.
- [ ] Define workflow for selecting respite hosts. - Does the guest choose or do we need to just have a way for coordinators to search?
- [ ] Update coordinator workflow diagram to ensure host type is distinguished
Respite hosts go through the exact same application process. Should have flags to show if a host is open to respite and a separate one for long term. Could facilitate communication to all hosts that said they were open to respite. Option to email all hosts without a guest if they don't get a response to first. Simple Yes/No rather than them having to write back. Yes could link them to Calendly or our tool to schedule a time to talk with the coordinator.
Create tasks to update design for triggering communication and update data flow to reflect correct flags.
