We need to have a Reference check screen for the Host to input their references for SPY to check.

Discussed with Designers, best method for MVP will be for us to send an email to the people listed on the reference check screen. This email with include a one time link to a web form which they will fill out with their answers. After they complete the web form the information will be placed into our database for the Coordinator to be able to view.

**We are not sure if one time link is the best solution and need to discuss this part further.

Screen based on Introduction Screen. Text based on header texts (fixed text box width, roboto, medium, 24, line height 56). Input table based on component Input/Label/WithoutTags, detached and modified. 3 states: disabled (before filling the table, filled and pressed/saved) and one optional view with modified text box width. Responsive (! some components are detached to be responsive).

I wonder if we should indicate in the input table who is the reference in at least 1-year relationship and which one is 5-year
