Research Plan for External Usability Testing

Overview

We need to create a research plan so that we have an outline to conduct usability testing.

Action Items

• [ ] Work with Bonnie on how to structure testing
• [ ] Determine who will participate in the test
• [ ] Determine what features or aspects of the map should be included in the test
• [ ] Determine how to recruit participants
• [ ] Create the research plan document with all this in it

Apologies for the delay! PM team has drafted up a template for this and future research plans (currently in discussion to finalize) based on recommendation from Bonnie.
