Identifying Neighborhood Council Names on Map
Overview
Create a pop-up for users when they hover issues that display the details of issue requests they are able obtain that information quickly and efficiently.
Details
Details from the pop-up would include information such as the type of issue, address, neighborhood council, service request #, source, agency, and reported/closed dates.

Extra credit ticket for doing the following:
- add the
ready for design leadlabel to let design team know it needs to be looked at - add a Before and After screenshot section (similarly to how you are using Click Me in the ticket description) to make it easy for PMs to see what's being worked on.
