Access / mount rclone shares (S3 buckets, mega storage, put.io)

Make it easier to access S3 buckets (using rclone) and optinally able to mount them (using SF-RPC & fuse).

needs:

1. Mega backend support
2. RPC / master adjustents

Easiest setup:

Starts "python3 -m http.server " and rclone config to mount it read only.
