Reconnect after dns down and ununtu

@rksky any question. An Ununtu Server who roots all Traffic into an OpenVPN Connection. Any days he lost the connecten to dns. To fix them i will use an Script to Check with ping the Connection. If the Ping failed he will restart systemd-networkd service. This runs good. But gsocket will not reconnect. Andy idea to restart the deployed gsocket after service restart? I cannot reboot the Maschine any times. (using deploy script)
