Added deadline and fixed bug

I added deadline support for things3. If you add a todo from Jira wita deadline set it will set the deadline in Things3. No updating option yet.

I also fixed a bug where the first status of the stati array would result in a $FALSE leaving tasks with the status 'resolved' as open
