We should streamline more of the Sprig review process.

I propose we create a game review UI inside the Sprig editor- it should have a list of unreviewed Sprig games, pulled from GitHub. Each game will have a page at /review/<PR NUMBER> (derived from the gallery app view) which allows you to quickly play the game, see the status of the plagiarism detector, approve/deny, and send a comment to the GitHub PR.
