PR: Add "Run Fullscreen" button for Sprig games within the Sprig Editor

This PR implements an additional "Run Fullscreen" button in the Sprig editor "Run" dropdown menu, making game-testing on PC easier. This also makes recording on PC more convenient and look better. Would be great if the PR were accepted.
