Mousing around the level select screen feels funky

Description

Whilst mousing around the level select screen - I noticed it felt really off. I've added a screen recording to try and best capture how it felt.

I'm using Arc Version 0.101.2 (38549), and MacOS Ventura Version 13.3.1 (a)

I tried sinerider for the first time today and couldn't actually figure out how to get to levels that were currently out of site using the mouse (I had forgotten that I had been told to use the keyboard arrows as well). I worked out the click/drag paradigm eventually but it still doesn't feel natural, and using a mouse drag is uncomfortable and will be problematic for some users with disabilities. Definitely could benefit from some UX tweaks here.
