Add sun & moon icons

I took these icons straight from supercons, upgraded package version, tested docs site with yarn link (works for me), and updated the docs site's yarn.lock to use the new package version.

The new icon glyphs are:

sun
moon-star (looks nicer than supercons' regular moon one)

This would be super helpful for potential improvements to the Hack Club website which would add dark/light mode support. And assuming this happens, these icons will avoid having to use lots of static SVGs (which i have successfully avoided up until this point) or emojis (☀, 🌚- ew) on the site.

Right now, there's no icon which fits this purpose well (view and idea are super unintuitive and not obvious) and opening a PR for these icons was suggested.
