[Loops] Use new Airtable automation instead of Loops API

Zach shipped a new airtable automation to integrating with Loops- we need to switch over to that and stop using the Loops API directly.

This likely means using the Airtable API and adding records to airtable- which get synced into Loops

It may be worth using Airrecord to interact with Airtable since we already have that installed
