[Stripe] Calculate Stripe fees per organization

Here are so many Stripe fees. HCB eats these costs, but it would be nice to know how much each organization costs HCB in Stripe fees.

Does Stripe give us a way to access this data? Is there an API for calculating the cost of a specific operation?
