[Receipt Report Mailer] Improperly escaped inputs

@EDRipper has reported wonky-looking receipt report emails. It appears something's improperly escaped. The email renders completely fine within an iframe in Chrome (on the hcb admin dashbaord). But seems to have an issue at least within Gmail.
