Looks a bit jank with just State on it's own.. tried different breakpoint sizes as well.

I think this is fine because state generally is off to the side in a form but I'm interested to hear other peoples' opinions.

I was partially wrong in my prior comment; for domestic US address forms, we generally put the country field to the right of the postal code, beneath the state / province. We should likely do the same here.
