Describe the problem

Occasionally when onboarding or working with organizations, we will need to receive files that may contain sensitive information (PII, government IDs, etc). This is often handled during the onboarding flow with the contract securely in Docuseal, but occasionally we need more information. Sometimes people don't like the idea of emailing sensitive documents.

Describe the feature/solution (optional)

Rather than having to create a blank docuseal template, it would be great if we could somehow build this into HCB to let people securely upload documents for us to review. Whether these are deleted after reviewal to save storage $$ or kept, this would be helpful.

I have no idea if this is something we think should be in the scope of HCB's platform, but I wanted to put this here to brainstorm. For example, I was researching and most organizations use something with their cloud storage provider, often OneDrive, to request files, but Google does not have a built in way to do this.

This would be really nice to have, but need to be built out extremely carefully for obvious reasons.

We've been hesitant to store W9s. I do believe it's about time we tackle this problem.
