Hackathons jobs are taking too long

The hackathons.hackclub.com script is consistently taking a long time to run even when nothing is updating in airtable. Can we speed this up?

This is @tmb's purview -- I don't really know how our airtable stuff is being integrated with zeit. Theo -- any ideas?
