Loading local files can take a long time

There is a regression in current versions of NoScript (currently 13.0.8) on Firefox 128esr.

Locally installed GTK documentation (e.g. https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/libgtk-3-doc) which usually loads usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gtk3/api-index-full.html in a split second, now suddenly takes 18 seconds to finish loading.
