Contextual policies are broken in MV3

Is something going wrong when loading the data from the store extension's context? Is what I'm seeing here even relevant to the cloudflare issue? I don't know, but hopefully you do.

Verified. Page now loads successfully after import. How long does it usually take Google to approve updates? I don't mind running in dev mode for however long that takes, but I would like to switch back to the release as soon as it has fixes for these issues. (Mostly for the sake of auto update)
