Failed message in Firefox's Downloads window but the .htm file is saved on the drive.

Hi,

I don't know if the following problem is because of Firefox or Javascript blockers that block individual domains. Or both.

Beginning with Firefox 68.0 after downloading a website as an .htm or .html file the Downloads window in Firefox shows the Failed to download message even though the page was saved on the physical drive. The problem appears when using Noscript, and the scripts are blocked. uMatrix behaves in the same way, but the problem is not present when using add-ons that block javascript entirely, or if you disable javascript from about:config, using javascript.enable = false .

The problem doesn't exist on Firefox versions that were before ver. 68.0, like Firefox Setup 67.0.4 . I tested it on Windows and Linux.

Do you know if this issue can be fixed?
