Incorrectly shown media blocked banners on steamdb.info

1. Visit https://steamdb.info/
2. Enable scripts
3. Move mouse over some games so the hover element appears, move the mouse back to the same game
4. There will be multiple media blocked elements, even though there should be only one.

Without media blocked:

As you can see, it is showing media blocked element from the previous hover element, as it doesn't correctly draw in regards with element visibility.
