Reload page only on script enable

It is often useful to enable js and cause a page to be properly rendered. Then is would be nice to disable js and leave the page in it's properly rendered state in the browser. There is already a check box for "reload the current tab only" (this is very useful). I would suggest an additional checkbox for "reload on enable only". If this feature were selected, one can always click the manual reload button on the browser in the event that it is desired. Thank you... [email protected] p.s.
