Blocklist periodically deletes itself

Hello,

I have an issue where after some period of time my saved list of blocks/unblocks in NoScript will be deleted and I have to start from scratch. This might be a Firefox issue itself but I haven't noticed similar behaviour in my other extensions.

Obviously I can export the list but due to being a human I remember about it only after it gets cleared...

I'm using Firefox 70.0.1 on Windows 10 1903.

Would appreciate some help and pointing in the right direction to try and figure this out.
