this is very open to what you can do

Here are some examples:

• see the distribution of matches per candidate
• Stats on matches per Candidate
  • avg num of matches, std dev, high, low, etc, total
• Stats on ELO score
  • avg, std, high, low, etc.
• Stats on each user
  • who matched the least, avg num of matches made per user, etc.
• search capabilities are a bonus

Questions to think about:

• is each user getting matches that have different candidates in them, meaning if answered 100 matches, did they have 20 matches with the same candidate? Is it skewed? in their total matches, did they actually get exposed to all candidates?
• is our ranking system working? Based on the rankings and the list of candidates we chose to interview, how far off were the rankings?
• were there any preferences shown in users during their match picking?
• Is this making our process fair?
