add italian iliadbox CA root certificate

Hi everyone! While trying to add my iliadbox (which is essentially a re-branded freebox for the italian provider iliad), I found this issue: https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant.io/issues/24232

This patch simply adds the CA root certificate to the trusted ca certificates bundle. I've tested it in my local environment and it works, unfortunately I don't know how to add a test (or even if a test can be added).
