Is it possible to have a landing page when in browser open the localhost:8080 address

So is there any chance we'll have it? I saw other WebDAV solutions provide it, so it looks like it's possible. Or maybe is there a way to attach something like https://github.com/filebrowser/filebrowser to it and share the same address?
