Curate the scripts in the top level directory and the /scripts directory

To install and maintain Chef Habitat on-prem, I need to know that the scripts in this repo are current and correct. Let's check that the script work for the base cases:

  1. Demonstration installations
  2. Working installations
  3. Airgap installations
  4. Backup and restore
