Feature Request: config files configurable by Studio/notStudio context

For things like local Studio dev, it would be nice to have handlebars helpers that know if we are in a Studio or free-range Supervisor. Usage might look like:

  {{#if supervisor_context.ring ~}}
    {{#eachAlive bind.api.members as |member|}}
    server {{member.sys.ip}}:10000;
    {{/eachAlive}}
  {{/if ~}}
  {{#if supervisor_context.studio ~}}
  server 127.0.0.1:10000;
