bash command line completion for hab pkg binlink does not work as expected

In a studio:

[1][default:/src:0]# hab --version
hab 0.23.0/20170511215221

Type [2][default:/src:0]# hab pkg binlink --dest then TAB. It completes it with <DEST_DIR>.

Expected behavior: It uses auto-completion of directories.

This is using the command-line completion library from Clap, so this is either an upstream bug or we are using this feature incorrectly.

Note that this works just fine outside studio.
