Clicking 'Log out' button crashes Eigen

I clicked the 'Log out' button, Eigen crashed. Running Eigen Version 0.2.0 (1) on macOS 13.1 (22C65). (Related to https://github.com/Kalissaac/Eigen/issues/13)

Remote logout does not work

I had an issue with session verification of Eigen from Element Mobile. I thus wanted to 'Sign out of this session' from mobile, but this didn't sign out Eigens session....

As specified in https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations/issues/737, OpenStreetMap has switched the preferred tile server URL. This should be changed.
