Getting the User Network

There is an Extra Field which contain the telco of the phoneNumber interacting with your ussd application which need to be map to the menu.args Africastalking API uses "networkCode" as the parameter while Hubtel API uses "Operator" as the parameter

It would help if the programmer needs to know the mobile network the user is using to interact with it.
