Conceal BibTex references
When using AsciiDoctor-BibTex, citations are not concealed.
Maybe it could be possible to go to
the referenced file.
btw is it possible to follow crossreferences?

Nobody did this, so yes they are not concealed.

Probably, not sure if it would be possible to enhance gf
.

Not out of the box. There are couple of options: 1. your own ctags enhancements to get into account crossreferences, or 2. come up with your own "search in a buffer for a crossreference under cursor".

I looked into it a bit, so far i tjink the only thing possible would be to format as [identifier],

I think instead of gf, maybe gd (goto definition) is better, and gr than to get back from the cross referenced value.
Maybe I'll look into this a little.
