Interactive video questions answers not saving once user log out before submitting the answers

Hi Interactive video questions answers not saved once user logged out before submitting the answers But once logged in the user can start from where he stopped and the interactive questions time line marks are showing filled which means answered

But while the answer submitting screen appears the its showing 0/1 instead of 1/1 and the answers are not saved

I am using the latest mod_hvp on moodle 3.10.6

I'm not able to reproduce this. Which version of Interactive Video are you using ? Try updating to the latest version (1.22). Also make sure you have the latest version of mod_hvp.

Can you please try to reproduce by closing the browser during the session or refresh the browser. the same issue i am seeing but if we are continuing till end with out any interruption, everything fine

I have also had this problem. It is very intermittent and only a handful of students are having it. I went through with multiple people one by one and went through the video, answering each question, and at the end it says success, but the grade remains a Zero for that one. On some of them, but not all, I was able to go in and click the + and it showed their correct answer for all 5 questions, but it still won't give them record successfully as a graded video quiz. We have used multiple browsers, cleared cache and cookies with no luck. It is very hard to reproduce.
